About Ravit:
With over 15 years of experience, Ravit has consulted to a variety of executives, startups, and Fortune 50 corporations. Before launching Ustrategy, Ravit worked as a Customer Experience Strategist at Hewlett-Packard Co.—working across HP businesses and products to set customer-driven strategies and improve HP’s hardware and software products, online solutions, and merger and acquisition processes. Ravit conducted innovation workshops, facilitated organizational strategy offsites, and worked with executives to drive adoption of new processes and innovation across organizational stakeholders.  Prior to HP, Ravit worked as an independent consultant to startups as well as to large retail, financial services, automotive, and hi-tech companies. Ravit is also an advisor to a number of startups and executives in the Silicon Valley.

Whether she works with women in business, entrepreneurs, strategy, Social Media, or product development teams in large corporations, Ravit is focused on game changing results by utilizing proprietary processes and frameworks that result in enhancing not only her clients’ business performance but also their personal skills in the business world.

Ravit holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (a dual degree program with the National University of Singapore; focusing on international business management, entrepreneurship, and leadership), and a Master in Human Factors and Applied Experimental Psychology, from California State University, Northridge. Ravit is also holds a Master certification in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming and is classically trained in mixed media and art.
