We contracted Ustrategy to help us develop our Social Media presence. In a pilot focusing on Twitter, Ustrategy helped us develop our strategy including objectives and metrics, our tone and visual brand, and managed our Twitter community during the pilot. As a result, we have seen an increase in user interaction on our forum, website, calls to action, and level of engagement with our company. Ustrategy helped transfer the learnings back to us for continued in-house management of our Social Media presence. As a company who highly values and cares for our user community, having a solid Social Media brand presence was key; Ustrategy understands this both on a strategic and tactical levels. Working with Ustrategy was a pleasure on both a personal and professional level.
